A Vardhan is the Managing Director of AmberStreet Advisory, where he sets the firm's direction, leads client relationships and holds every engagement to the firm's quality standards.
A chartered accountant with 12 years of experience, he built his career in audit and specialised in investment management, working with mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity and funds of funds. As a Senior Manager at a Big 4 accounting firm, he led audit engagements for US clients and carried full accountability for engagement conclusions, profitability and client satisfaction. His engagements passed internal and external quality inspections without comments, and he received an Outstanding Performance Award for his work.
Alongside client delivery, he led hiring, development and training for audit professionals and designed training programmes for investment management teams. He leads AmberStreet on the same principles: work that is accurate and well documented, a team that is supported to grow, and a named lead who answers for every engagement.
